Ebből persze soha nem adódott vita, hiszen műsorait éppen az teszi feledhetetlenné, ahogyan összefonódik bennük dal, tánc és mese. Az első dalokat édesanyjától, Tanka Máriától, a híres kunhegyesi nótafától kapta, nem csoda, hogy különös szeretettel gondozza és adja őket tovább. Ezúttal, hatvanadik születésnapját ünnepelve idézi meg harmincöt éves pályafutását. Műsorát családi örökséggel, vagyis nagyapja, Tanka Gábor nótáival indítja, majd nagykunsági, dél-erdélyi, bihari, szatmári, gyimesi, gyergyói, mezőségi, csuvas, kalotaszegi dalok és táncok következnek. Természetesen megszólal a nagy mesélő is: mesél a meséről, az első hangszerről, a pisztrángfogás lehetetlenségéről, és elmondja Hazug Pista meséjét is a hosszú életről. És mindennek a tetejébe még képeket is vetít!

The German bass began his career at the opera houses of Berlin. However, when Sir Georg Solti cast him in the role of Sarastro in Die Zauberflöte, René Pape’s international career almost immediately continued on the stages of the world’s greatest houses including the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, the Vienna State Opera, Bayreuth, and the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
