„Minek örült a legjobban Gombóc Artúr? A csokoládénak! Igen, Gombóc Artúr a világon mindennél jobban szerette a csokoládét. Ha megkérdezték tőle, hogy milyen csokoládét szeret a legjobban, habozás nélkül fújta, mint aki éjjel-nappal ezen töri a fejét: a kerek csokoládét, a szögletes csokoládét, a hosszú csokoládét, a lapos csokoládét és minden olyan csokoládét, amit csak készítenek a világon. És mi volt a legnagyobb bánata Gombóc Artúrnak? Hogy minden hiába, mert csak hízik, csak kövéredik, csak dagad, pedig keményen és összepréselt csőrrel fogyókúrázik!... Aztán egy reggel látja ám Gombóc Artúr, hogy az égen köröznek a madarak, meg a villanydróton gyülekeznek, meg a háztetőn sorakoznak, aztán: huss! – elrepülnek Afrikába…” Ő is szeretne, de a túlsúlyától nem tud repülni. Most akkor mi lesz? Csukás István maga dolgozta át a Játékszín fölkérésére a népszerű klasszikus meséjét, s mindehhez nagyszerű színészek, különleges ütős-hangszerekkel kísért dalok és Sajdik Ferenc-ihlette látványvilág társul!

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
