Egy ifjú költő van csak, ki átlát az álnok játékán, s próbálja a buta nép szemét felnyitni lázadó rímeivel. Gém vezér nem hagyhatja romba dönteni nehezen felépített álomvilágát, így egy fejvadász tehetségéhez fordul, hogy kiiktassa a rebellis rímfaragót…
