Gálaest Galambos Erzsi 80. születésnapjára a József Attila Színházban.
"Az operettek a szüleim, a musicalek pedig a férjeim." - nyilatkozta egy interjúban Galambos Erzsi, a Kossuth, Jászai Mari- és Déryné-díjas, Kiváló és Érdemes művész, a József Attila Színház örökös tagja.
Töretlen pályája során végigjátszotta a prózai és zenés szerepek teljes palettáját. Volt Puck a Szentivánéji álomból, Elisa a My Fair Ladyből, Muskátné a Liliomból, férfiként is helytállt mint Luca az Éjjeli menedékhelyben, volt Dulcinea, Lola Blau és Kocsma Jenny, Maya, Dolly és Osztrigás Mici s persze megannyi film, televíziós szerep hercegnője és főhőse.
Épp annyié, hogy most legyen miről mesélnie a róla szóló gálaműsor estéjén, ahol a meglepetés vendégek és a közönség együtt ünnepli a - bármilyen hihetetlen - 80 éves Galambos Erzsit. Írta és rendezte: az ÉLET.

A century ago, the world first encountered this remarkable opus, a work that soon became one of the cornerstones of twentieth-century musical innovation. Premiered in 1926, the singspiel is a milestone in Hungarian music history: its composer, Zoltán Kodály, fulfilled his aspiration to elevate Hungarian folk song of ancient origin to the same status as classical music, by virtue of its equivalent values, placing it on the stage of the nation’s Opera House.
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
