A Budapest Jazz Orchestra küldetése a kortárs jazz, big band zene művelése mellett ápolni a kapcsolatot a műfaj gyökereivel, és közkinccsé tenni annak értékeit, szakmai tapasztalatait pedig tovább adni a fiatal muzsikus generációnak.
Gájer Bálint, - vagy, ahogy sokan a The Voice műsorából ismerhetik - "a swing hercege" minden embert táncra perdít zenéjével. Olyan színpadi tapasztalatot tudhat maga mögött, ami a legnagyobb előadókkal kel versenyre. Tehetségét nem csak rajongói éltetik, hanem a szakma azon díjazásai is, amit fiatal kora és karrierje ellenére magának tudhat.
