A 2015/16-os évadban Mozart Figaro házassága című operájának „gördülős” változata indul útnak Hábetler András operaénekes és rendező tálalásában, aki így nyilatkozik a darabról: „Ami a könnyűzenében John Lennon és Paul McCartney, a musicalben Lloyd Webber és Tim Rice, az az operában Mozart és Lorenzo da Ponte (és Verdi+Boito, és Strauss+Hoffmanstahl − a szerk.), a tökéletes szerzőpáros. Kettejük találkozásának eredménye a zseniális Figaro. Ennek szereplői nem legyőzhetetlen hősök vagy félistenek, hanem a gróf, a grófné, a szobalány, az inas, a kertész... Katartikus élmény, ha egy műalkotásban magunkra ismerünk − a produkció megmutatja, hogy ez operaszínpadon is lehetséges.”
Az előadás érdekessége, hogy a mába transzportált vígoperát Köteles Géza modern hangszerelésében egy 12 személyes, különleges összeállítású zenekar kíséri.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.

There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
