A Párterápia házaspárjának életéből már rég eltűnt az első évek izgalma. Ismerős a helyzet: valami végleg elveszett, és mielőtt végleges döntést hozna, egy utolsó kísérletképpen szakemberhez fordul a férfi és a nő. Az orvos munkához lát, frenetikus helyzetek, mulattató fordulatok és meglepetések során ismerjük meg már nem is csak a páciensek, hanem maga a pszichiáter életét is.
