Az énekes, mesemondó most a hangyász vérmedvék szokásainak leírása ürügyén fordítja ki a világot, hogy rejtekébe pillantsunk. Pincét ás, hogy tornyot emeljen. Nyílvesszeit, szavait most is kéjjel húzza hátra, hogy azok, legalább mire a só megnyüvesedik, láthatárig repüljenek. Berecz még tudja a feledésbe merülő dzsungeltörvényt: ha medve hátára hulltál, a fülit szorítsd meg jónyugodtan, lép az úgy, mint a huszárló. Az is az emlékei közt van, hogy jobb így, medvegelve száguldozni - mintha a nyakadba makkfa dőlne - vitézül!

The German bass began his career at the opera houses of Berlin. However, when Sir Georg Solti cast him in the role of Sarastro in Die Zauberflöte, René Pape’s international career almost immediately continued on the stages of the world’s greatest houses including the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, the Vienna State Opera, Bayreuth, and the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
This ballet's plot is inspired by The Corsair, a famous verse written in 1814 by Lord Byron, who towered over an entire generation of English Romantic poets.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
