A magyar zenei életben párját ritkítóan sikeres kezdeményezés keretében a legkülönbözőbb korú és képzettségű zenebarátok gyűlnek össze az ország minden részéből, hogy közösen adják elő az oratóriumirodalom legnagyobb alkotásait. For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.

Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package.
