Az 1900-ban született Királyhegyi Pál sok minden csinált, de elsősorban humorista volt 18 éves korától kezdve évtizedekig élt Amerikában, Hollywoodban forgatókönyvíró lett. Onnan aztán 1941-ben lóhalálában hazasietett, hogy „még elérje az utolsó auschwitzi gyorsot.”Elérte! Deportálták. Hazajött. Humorizált. Kitelepítették. Megint hazajött,
és 1981-ben bekövetkezett halálig mindezeken humorizált.
