Kosztolányi Dezső 68 éves, amikor hívatja Rákosi Mátyás: írjon megrázó verset Sztálin halálára! Dezső nem ír. Már harminc éve egyáltalán nem ír... Kezdődhet így a történetünk? Egy színjátékban minden megtörténhet! És megtudhatjuk, "milyen az a Magyarország, melynek magyarjai meg nem ismerhetnek egy Kosztolányit".
