Az Adjuk meg a módját! kis és nagy evésekről szól, az izgalomról, amit a tervezés és a főzés jelent, a szenvedélyről, ami Dragománt az ételekhez, a konyhához, a kémiai folyamatokhoz, a konyhai eszközökhöz, technikákhoz, alapanyagokhoz fűzi, és legfőképp az örömről, amit az együttlét, a közös étkezés jelent. Családi történeteket, hol vicces, hol szívbemarkoló élményeket hallhatunk. Megtudhatjuk, mi közük a druidáknak a padlizsánhoz, az omlettnek a jazzhez, a durumlisztnek a bronzhoz, a burgonyának az obszidiánhoz, mitől marad zamatos a csirkés szendvics, hogy főznek rizottót a szerelmesek, mivel dobjuk fel a vaníliafagylaltot és mivel a krumplipürét, miért érdemes negyedórán át enni egyetlen almát. Mindeközben ráadásul arra is fény derül, ki volt a titokzatos gasztronóm, akinek pályája majd három évtizede az Eötvös Collegium konyhájában indult.
Our offer
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
