Vannak, akik szerint haragudni veszélyes, nem szabad, míg vannak, akik, mást sem ismernek csak a haragot, mert haraggal körülvéve nőttek fel. Mindannyian sebezettek vagyunk, mindannyian küzdünk sebzőinkhez való viszonyulásunkkal.
Ha figyelmen kívül hagyjuk sebeinket, azok harag és keserűség formájában gyökereznek meg bennünk. Van amikor a harag egészséges önvédelem és vannak, akiknek meg kell tanulni engedélyezni haragukat. Ugyanakkor a megbocsátás szerves része egyéni és kapcsolati egészségünknek, fejlődésünknek.
Hogyan haragudjunk? Meddig haragudjunk? Kell-e és lehet-e mindig megbocsájtani? Hogyan? Hányszor? Miért olyan nehéz megbocsátani? Milyen tévhitek tartanak vissza minket a megbocsátástól?
