A hazai zene- és színházrajongók körében Janza Kata és Dolhai Attila neve egyaránt a legnagyobbak között cseng. Színvonalas előadásaikkal, emlékezetes szerepeikkel mindenki szívébe belopták magukat és a közönség jól tudja - legyen szó musicalről, operettről vagy akár nagyszabású gálaelőadásról, nem fognak csalódni, ha ők ketten állnak ki a színpadra.
Természetesen ezúttal sem csak ketten lesznek a színpadon – ők nem engedhetik meg maguknak a fél play back „haknit” - nagyszerű zenészekből álló csapat áll majd mögöttük.
Az anyák napi gálakoncertre külön erre az alkalomra szerkesztett műsorral készülnek, de reméljük szólóikkal, duettjeikkel nem csak az édesanyákat örvendeztetik majd meg május hatodikán és minden zenekedvelő, őket kedvelő rajongó szívéhez utat találnak ünnepi koncertjükkel.
Minden estre biztatunk mindenkit, aki e jeles napon nem csak egy csokor virággal szeretné az édesanyját köszönteni, hanem egy maradandó élménnyel is szeretné megajándékozni, ne késlekedjen: fogytán vannak a jegyek…

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
A century ago, the world first encountered this remarkable opus, a work that soon became one of the cornerstones of twentieth-century musical innovation. Premiered in 1926, the singspiel is a milestone in Hungarian music history: its composer, Zoltán Kodály, fulfilled his aspiration to elevate Hungarian folk song of ancient origin to the same status as classical music, by virtue of its equivalent values, placing it on the stage of the nation’s Opera House.
