DIÓTÖRŐ – CSALÁDI CIRKUSZ
Ki ne ismerné Csajkovszkij csodálatos muzsikáját, melyben álom és valóság kapcsolódik össze egymással, hogy időtlen utazást teremtve, egyfajta határtalan térbe lebegtesse a zeneköltemény hallgatóit. Ehhez raktunk egy csipetnyi cirkuszi szemfényvesztést, bámulatos táncot és máris készen áll a „dióhéjban” összefogott mese, ami E.T.A Hofman, német romantikus szerző, Diótörő és egérkirály című művén alapszik. A történet ismert, a zene régi. Az előadás köntöse alatt viszont, sok új dologgal találkozhatunk.

This ballet's plot is inspired by The Corsair, a famous verse written in 1814 by Lord Byron, who towered over an entire generation of English Romantic poets.
Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
