Cyril Gely: Diplomácia
1944-ben Párizsban játszódó darabban Von Choltitz tábornok (Sztarenki Pál) csapdába kerül, mikor a francia csapatok körbezárják kétezer katonáját, ám ha elveszíti Párizst, a háborút is elveszíti. A tábornok parancsot kap Hitlertől a város aláaknázására és felrobbantására, mintegy kétmillió ember életét sodorva veszélybe. Egy órával a végzetes parancs kiadása előtt azonban érkezik egy svéd diplomata Raoul Nordling (Alföldi Róbert), aki mindent megtesz azért, hogy lebeszélje a tábornokot a parancs végrehajtásáról.

Our offer
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
Two giants of Baroque music meet during the Advent season in a performance by the OPERA Orchestra and Chorus. Bach’s well-known Magnificat is performed in its original version, in E-flat major, supplemented with movements specifically tailored to the festive season by the composer himself.
