A Létramesék, a Varázscirkusz, a Péter és a farkas, Az Ezeregyéjszaka legszebb meséi és a Csillagokkal táncoló Kojot után ezúttal egy klasszikus mese táncadaptációját, a Csizmás kandúrt állítjuk színpadra.
A mese legmélyén az igazságot kereső segíteni akarás szándéka rejlik, amely nagyon fontos tanulság és példázat a gyerekeknek. Csizmás kandúr ravaszságának és tetteinek mozgatórugója az, hogy a kisemmizett és földönfutóvá tett jószívű gazdáján segítsen, és legyőzze az óriást. A kandúr és a molnárfiú kapcsolata az önzetlenségen, a szereteten és a tiszteleten, a másikban való feltétlen bizalmon alapul. Minden furfang, cselvetés csak eszköz a kandúr céljának elérésében, hogy az igazság győzni tudjon.
Az előadás különleges zenéjét Philippe Heritier, a társulattal több, mint húsz éve együttműködő Párizsban élő svájci zeneszerző komponálja.
