Vasárnap délutáni koncertsorozat Csalog Gábor Liszt Ferenc-díjas zongoraművésszel és zenész barátaival. A négyrészes koncertsorozat középpontjában Beethoven késői zongoraszonátái állnak, amelyekre modern szerzők – Csapó Gyula, Soproni József, Kurtág György és maga a zongorista – darabjai rímelnek vagy feleselnek.

„A sorozat első három műsorába az új zenetörténeti stílust teremtő késői Beethoven-szonáták mellé számomra fontos kortárs magyar műveket illesztettem. A kultikusnak számító op. 100. feletti Beethoven-művek sorában ezúttal a cselló-zongora szonáták is helyet kapnak. A sorozat utolsó koncertjén saját műveimből hangzik el néhány újabb darab az op. 2-es Requiem-fordítások mellett.
Kurtág zenéjét már sikerrel adtuk elő a Ludium-együttessel Bach és Schubert-művek társaságában. E koncerten próbáljuk ki először az evidensnek tűnő Kurtág–Beethoven párosítást.” Csalog Gábor
