Molnár Ferenc Caramelnek a zenélés mindig is a lételeme volt, saját szerzeményeivel, demóival végig járta a nevesebb kiadókat, ahol sorra elutasító választ kapott. A fordulat 2004-ben következett be a TV2 Megasztár 2. szériájának győzteseként került a zenei köztudatba, aminek azóta is töretlen népszerűségnek örvendő kiemelt szereplője.
A hazai könnyűzenei előadók, zeneszerzők szűk élmezőnyének tagja, Facebook rajongótábora több mint 400,000 főből áll, dalait 100 milliónál többször töltötték le YouTube-on és egyéb internetes felületeken.
Az elmúlt években több tehetségkutató műsorban mentorként, zsűritagként véleményezte az elhangzott dalokat. 2017-ben A Dal című Eurovíziós dalválasztó műsor zsűritagjaként vállalt szereplést.
2017-es Caramel 7 című album dupla platinalemez lett, 2018-ben pedig elsőként kapta meg az újonnan alapított Máté Péter-díjat a könnyűzene területén végzett kiemelkedő munkásságáért.
Az utóbbi időkben dalszerzőként és szövegíróként is egyre markánsabb eredményeket ér el, mint például a 2019-es Dal című műsor győztes és negyedik helyezett dalának esetében.

The series launched in the 2025/26 season focuses on composers whose operas receive special attention during the season. Yet there are many singers who do not find a role in the works of these masters, but who would gladly sing from their rich vocal palettes. The piano afternoons and matinees are for them, about them, and inspired by them.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
