Bogányi Gergely zongoraestje, MVM Koncertek – A Zongora – 2020
Bogányi Gergely 1974-ben született Vácott, zongoratanulmányait négyévesen kezdte meg szülővárosában, majd a budapesti Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Főiskolán, a Helsinki Sibelius Akadémián, s végül a bloomingtoni Indiana Egyetemen folytatta. Számos zenei verseny díjazottja, az 1996-os Budapesti Nemzetközi Liszt Ferenc Zongoraverseny győztese.

Repertoárján több mint harminc zongoraverseny és a zongorairodalom jelentős része szerepel, beleértve Chopin összes szólózongorára írt kompozícióját is. 2002-ben itthon és Finnországban hangversenysorozatok keretében Liszt Tizenkét transzcendens etűdjét és Chopin szólózongorára írt összes művét előadta, s ezzel elnyerte az év legjobb hangversenysorozatának járó Gramofon-díjat. 2000-ben Liszt-díjat kapott, 2002-ben a finn köztársasági elnök a „Fehér Rózsa Lovagrend érdemkeresztje” kitüntetést adományozta neki. 2003-ban Pest Megye Közgyűlése egyhangúlag neki ítélte a „Pest Megye Kultúrájáért” kitüntetést; 2004-ben Kossuth-díjjal tüntette ki Mádl Ferenc, a Magyar Köztársaság akkori elnöke. 1996-ban szülővárosa, Vác, 2007-ben pedig Zebegény avatta díszpolgárává. 2008-ban Junior Prima-díjjal, 2011-ben Prima-díjjal ismerték el.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. The story of the Fountain of Bakhchisarai is set in motion by a romance recounting the reason for the khan's gloom.
