A magyar klasszikus zenei élet egyik legkiemelkedőbb alakja, a Kossuth-díjas zongoraművész, Bogányi Gergely születésnapját ünnepli egy különleges hangversennyel a Zeneakadémia patinás Nagytermében.
Az est során Bogányi Gergely a Pannon Filharmonikusok közreműködésével, testvére, Bogányi Tibor vezényletével adja elő Rachmaninov lírai szépséggel és sodró erővel teli II. zongoraversenyét.
A koncert második felében igazi zenei szenzációra kerül sor: Bogányi Gergely szimfonikus nagyzenekarra írt szerzeménye, a „Szent Filoména legendája” című mű világpremierjére kerül sor, amely méltó ünnepi koronája lesz az estnek.
Ezen az estén a klasszikus zene rajongói nem csupán egy születésnapot ünnepelhetnek, hanem egyedülálló zenei élmény részesei is lehetnek.

The tale of Leander the goblin and Princess Linseed, brimming with magic and a seemingly unbreakable curse, not to mention a wealth of twists and turns, is a genuinely good yarn. Set to a libretto by Barnabás Szöllősi that is based on Andor Szilágyi's fable for the theatre and written at the OPERA's request in the 2014/15 season, Erkel Prize-winning composer Zsófia Tallér's masterful, expressive and entertaining music makes this Hungarian fairy tale opera an enjoyable experience for children and adults alike, and, we hope, a possible future classic.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
