Portugáliában a kihelyezett kerámia békák jelzik, hol nem kívánatosak a romák. A darabban szereplő ’béka család’ azért harcol, hogy kitörjenek a nekik rendelt ’mocsárból’, és elfogadja őket a többségi társadalom. Sokat küzdenek és tesznek a kitörésért, generációról generációra egyre többet változnak, míg a legfiatalabb családtagnak sikerül: zenei tanulmányai révén sztárrá válni. Kérdés, hogy a siker mennyiben valódi.

Attila Toronykőy OPERA TOUR WITH PAPAGENO 60-minute guided tour of the Opera House. For primary school children. Please note that this programme is in in Hungarian and we do not provide any translations.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
János Hunyadi is responsible for the tolling of bells around the world; Mátyás Hunyadi is the hero of a string of folk tales; László Hunyadi inspired “only” an opera.
