Szólistaként, kamaramuzsikusként és zenekari fuvolásként egyaránt a legkiválóbbak között foglal helyet. Repertoárja egyik ékköve Jacques Ibert Fuvolaversenye, melyet két évtizede lemezre is rögzített. Az egyik kritika kiemelte Pahud hangszerének átható hangját, játékának színességét és ellenállhatatlan intenzitását A Fuvolaverseny az Ibert-művek élvonalába tartozik, a különböző szerzők – Mozart, Wagner, Stravinsky – által inspirált zenei megoldások tökéletes harmóniában állnak egymással.

Two giants of Baroque music meet during the Advent season in a performance by the OPERA Orchestra and Chorus. Bach’s well-known Magnificat is performed in its original version, in E-flat major, supplemented with movements specifically tailored to the festive season by the composer himself.
For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
