Mi történik akkor, ha egy adminisztrációs hiba folytán két színésznőt közös szobában helyeznek el egy idősotthonban? Normális esetben semmi. De ha egyik maga a forgószél, másik a sima tenger, egyik maga az életigenlés, a másik már mindenről lemondott, ráadásul közös a régmúltjuk és messze nem rózsás, akkor felkészülhetünk, hogy a szobácska nem a béke szigete lesz.

Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life. Since 1968, one generation after another has enjoyed the historically themed choreography, which treats the story of the ancient slave revolt in such a way that its true message is not the rebellion itself, but rather human emotions and choices under pressure.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances.
