Él egy fiú a nyolcadik kerület közepén. Nem túl okos, de a szíve nagy. Nem tudni, hány éves, de nem is nagyon öregszik. Ahogy benne az értelem, úgy állt meg körülötte az idő. Anyujával lakik egy lakásban. Meg egy káddal. Egy mindenre alkalmas káddal. Lehet abban álmodozni, utazni, képzelegni, aludni, félni, elbújni, és bizony még fürdeni is. Irigylik is a szomszédok a kádat, nekik erre nem telik, kitalálnak hát mindent, hogy kéredzkedhetnének át – legalább egyszer ebben a nyomorult életben kipróbálni, milyen is a dolce vita. Róluk szól ez a monoKRÓM KÁDráma… na meg persze erkölcsről, felnövésről, szegénységről, és nem utolsó sorban az életről és a halálról!
Közel egy évvel a balatoni ősbemutató után a budapesti közönség is láthatja az Anyám, a nyolcadik kerület című monodrámát. Pál Dániel Levente, Az Úr Nyolcadik kerülete című könyve nyomán készült előadást Znamenák István rendezte, a főszerepet pedig Vida Péter alakítja.
Our offer
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
There are evenings when our Opera House cannot perform because rehearsals are ongoing on stage until the evening. There are audience members who can only afford to hear their favourite pieces with a discount. And there are works that, although very popular, cannot be staged every season due to the congestion of productions.
