Ahogy tetszik
Jól ismert, kedves alakok tűnnek fel és elhangzik az ismert monológ is: „Színház az egész világ, és színész benne minden férfi és nő…” A gonoszság, az ármány bátorsággal legyőzhető.

William Shakespeare: AHOGY TETSZIK
vígjáték
Bemutató: 2021. november 12.
A szerző egyik legcsodálatosabb és legjátékosabb darabja, mely szembesít a világ gazdagságával, számtalan kis ellentétével és feszültségével. A szerelem hangján, filozofikusan, a testvéri szeretet és gyűlölet jól ismert hullámvölgyeivel zajlik a történet, a féltékeny és követelőző, a párjáért szélsőségesen megküzdő, még a fiú szerepet is vállaló leány mesteri rendezésében.

Our offer
“I've captured a terrific storm of elements and of hearts which gradually calms to Brünnhilde's magic sleep,” Wagner on the score of Die Walküre, in a letter to Ferenc Liszt. Following on the heels of the introductory Das Rheingold, this opera about the tragic love between two of Wotan's children constitutes the start of the more tightly drawn dramatic trilogy. Once again, the laws of the gods clash: can paternal love save a lad who has violated the sanctity of marriage?
As it is a latent Kodály season, it seems only fitting that the concert at the OPERA honouring the events of 1956 should feature works by the composer. In that same year, the short-lived Revolutionary Council of Hungarian Intellectuals elected him as its president. Throughout his entire oeuvre, Kodály consistently reinforced Hungarian national identity. The programme gains both colour and a ceremonial character from the hymn-like and dance-infused compositions of his middle and later years.
