Beszélgetni Petőfi vágyairól vagy éppen szerelmi csalódásairól, Ady betegségeiről vagy pénz gondjairól. Korabeli dokumentumokat, naplókat, leveleket és természetesen magukat a műveket (verset és prózát egyaránt) felhasználva emberi közelségbe hozva, talán személyesebb viszony és összetettebb kép alakulhat ki a diákokban róluk, és talán a művekre is másképpen néznek majd.

The series launched in the 2025/26 season focuses on composers whose operas receive special attention during the season. Yet there are many singers who do not find a role in the works of these masters, but who would gladly sing from their rich vocal palettes. The piano afternoons and matinees are for them, about them, and inspired by them.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
The tenor, recently awarded the title of Austrian Kammersänger, began his career on operetta stages. After performing in operas by Mozart, Beethoven, and Weber, he has since grown into one of the most significant Wagnerian Heldentenors of our time.
