A Világkarnevál a külföldi és hazai táncegyüttesek közel 400 művészének egyedülálló, közös műsora a Magyar Állami Népi Együttes a Magyar Nemzeti Táncegyüttes (volt Honvéd) és a Duna Művészegyüttes főszereplésével.
Az előadás megidézi a nyári napfordulóhoz kötődő tűzugrás hagyományát is a Margitszigeti Színpad mesés környezetében.
A „hagyomány és újítás” szellemében szerkesztett látványos tánckoncert nemzeteket összekötve különleges együttműködésben mutatja be a kultúrák párbeszédét.

The Gala night crowns the jubilee programme series of the “Prime Class” international festival, the Danube Carnival.
The show is a spectacular carnival of nations with nearly 400 Hungarian and international dancers and musicians with the professional Hungarian State Folk Ensemble, Hungarian National Dance Ensemble and the Duna Art Ensemble.
The joint dance production presents the most significant national and regional cultural achievements and trends at the highest artistic level, emphasises the mutual presence of tradition and modernity, the creativity and innovation.
The dance piece among others evokes the tradition of fire jump related to the summer solstice in the wondrous surrounding of the Margaret Island Stage.
