A délvidéki Balázs Attila József Attila díjas író szellemi párbajba rejtett dokumentum krimijének ősbemutatójával Nikola Tesla munkásságát ünnepeljük.
A színdarab a szórakoztatás evidens célján túl a mű olyan kultúrtörténeti, filozófiai, vallási, nem utolsósorban fizikai, természettudományi kérdéseket igyekszik érdekfeszítő módon felvetni, amelyek joggal számíthatnak a kedves néző szíves figyelmére. Ilyen alapvetően – a fausti motívum homlokterében – a Föld keletkezése a Mindenható munkálkodásától a hawkingi Nagy Bumm elméletéig. Hovatovább a hajlékony, itt-ott előrefutó, vagy éppen elmaradó, az események mögött poroszkáló idő problematikája.
Az időé, amely Nikola Tesla szerint kissé furcsán viselkedik: hol kinyúlik, hol gomolyogva mintegy disznófarok-ábrába rendeződik. A végtelen fausti (ördögi és isteni) történet Nikola Tesla révén a teleportáció fogalma köré rendeződve szűkül le. Ezen a ponton lép be a történetbe a krimi, anélkül hogy meghatározó mód ráerőltetné a drámára saját műfaji jegyeit.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. This ballet's plot is inspired by The Corsair, a famous verse written in 1814 by Lord Byron, who towered over an entire generation of English Romantic poets.
