A nyolc fős énekegyüttes virtuóz és sziporkázó saját feldolgozásai adják a koncert programjának gerincét, amiben a különleges nap, a Szentivánéj, vagy ha úgy tetszik Szent János nap, tüzes, szerelmes témái is megjelennek. A műsorban klasszikus művek, például Mozart Török-indulójának, vagy a Liszt: Rákóczi-indulójának átdolgozásai mellett a Szent Efrém saját szerzeményei, illetve gospelek és olyan populáris dallamok is helyet kapnak, mint az Oroszlánkirály főcímzenéje, vagy a Queen: Heaven for Everyone-ja.
