A rézerdő közepén találkozik hat manó. Zenélnek, énekelnek, táncolnak, mókáznak, kirándulnak, kertészkedenek, egy szóval: élik az erdei manók vidám életét. Közben megszelídítenek egy medvét, és nem maradhat el a csiga-teknős derbi sem.
