The story is familiar. The destitute denizens of a tucked-away village dream of a better life. They are amazed by the sudden arrival of a stranger, who boasts of murdering his own father. Synge\'s humour and naive spirit of storytelling elevate his work to among the finest of stage plays. Péter Rudolf brings this piece to the Pesti Theatre stage.

Valahol, egy isten háta mögötti ír faluban, annak is a végén, a kocsmába beállít egy ágrólszakadt, vézna fiatalember, és azzal henceg, hogy megölt valakit és az igazságszolgáltatás elől menekül. A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
