Jó nekünk ez a rengeteg fejlődés, amin évezredek alatt keresztül mentünk, vagy jobban jártunk volna, ha megmaradunk gyűjtögetőnek, mint a többi majom? Ha nem falvakat, városokat húzunk fel, hogy egész évben gondozhassuk a gabonát, őrködjünk a rizs felett és locsoljuk a dísznövényeinket? A házi kedvenceinket mi tartjuk saját szórakoztatásunkra vagy ők tartanak minket, hogy életük végéig szeressük és gondozzuk őket?
Mi lesz velünk ha megérkezik a valódi mesterséges intelligencia? Ha fellázad ellenünk a mobiltelefonunk és követelni kezdi rajtunk a jogait? Ha az okosautó beköp a rendőrségen gyorshajtásért? Ha az okoshűtő leszid, mert későn értünk haza? Ha az okoslakás kizár otthonról, mert sokat káromkodunk?
Elgondolkodtató kérdések, amikre talán Stephen Hawking se tudja a válaszokat. Na de majd én mindent megmagyarázok. Lehet, hogy nem olyan összetetten, mint Hawking professzor, de mindenképp viccesebben. És mindeközben kiderül az is, hogy ki a majmok királya.

The tale of Leander the goblin and Princess Linseed, brimming with magic and a seemingly unbreakable curse, not to mention a wealth of twists and turns, is a genuinely good yarn. Set to a libretto by Barnabás Szöllősi that is based on Andor Szilágyi's fable for the theatre and written at the OPERA's request in the 2014/15 season, Erkel Prize-winning composer Zsófia Tallér's masterful, expressive and entertaining music makes this Hungarian fairy tale opera an enjoyable experience for children and adults alike, and, we hope, a possible future classic.

A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English.
