A királynő kalózai

Tizennégy közös művük közül a legnépszerűbbek a H.M.S. Pinafore, A Mikádó és a Kalózinas/ The Pirates of Penzance, melynek bemutatója 1879-ben volt New Yorkban, majd 1880-ban Londonban, hatalmas sikerrel. 1981-ben a Broadway-n újra felfedezték, 787 előadást ért meg, és a világ számos színháza azóta is műsoron tartja.
