A Szása i Szása című groteszk színpadi játék a szovjet csapatok kivonulásának csöppet sem idillikus korszakát eleveníti fel egy Ukrán tiszt és családja “rejtőzködés -történetében”. Történik: 1991-ben Magyaroszágon, egy kisvárosban. A darabban az olajcsempésztől a fegyvercsempészig felvonulnak a rövid, de annál kritikusabb időszak jellegzetes figurái, az ügyeskedők, a helyi kis- és nagy emberek, az örök vesztesek, s azok, akik valahogy minden helyzetből jól tudnak kijönni.
A felolvasószínház esszenciája, hogy művészeink minimális díszletben és kellékekkel, a szövegkönyvet olvasva adják elő a darabot.

This ballet's plot is inspired by The Corsair, a famous verse written in 1814 by Lord Byron, who towered over an entire generation of English Romantic poets.
A 60-minute tour starts every day at 13:30, 15:00 and 16:30 in English. To request a tour in other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, Greece and Hungarian), please get in touch with the OperaTour team. Please note that the auditorium is closed for visits during rehearsals. Guided tours are not available during performances. For selected tour times, tickets are also available with the PreOpera Menu package. In addition to the guided tour of the Opera House, this option includes a themed set menu of your choice at OperaBistro, which can be enjoyed either before or after the tour.
