Eredetileg rókának hívták őkelmét. Ám róka korában annyi rossz fát tett a tűzre, hogy ismerte már mindenki, mint a rossz pénzt. Megváltoztatta hát a nevét: Csilicsali Csalavári Csalavér lett. Az úrias új név mögött persze ugyanaz a furfangos, minden hájjal megkent csínytevő rejtőzik.
